The right of withdrawal according to § 18 paragraph 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply

 

Cancellation conditions:

Up to 3 months before arrival: Free cancellation

3 months - 1 month before arrival. Cancellation fee: 40% of the booking value

1 month – 1 week before arrival. Cancellation fee: 70% of the booking value

Within the last week and in case of early departure

Cancellation fee: 90% of the booking value

 

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This is automatically added during the reservation booking process, but can of course also be deselected.
